Random Tips & Facts:

  • Egg whites and Egg yolk contain the proteins which cause egg allergy. It was once believed that if you only offered the egg yolk, it was okay - that is unfortunately not accurate.

  • Undercooked and raw egg/egg yolk can pose a serious risk of illness, especially in children 5 years of age and younger. Because of this, the USDA recommends against serving little ones over-easy or poached eggs.
