Complete Formula Feeding 1:1 Package: Formula feeding can be overwhelming. Whether you are unsure where to start or you find that your little one is not tolerating a current formula, I'd love to help guide you in the right direction and take some guess work out of it. As a Registered Dietitian, I provide formula recommendations for every age, infants to adults needing a tube feeding. All feeding styles are welcome, I'd love to help you feed your little one! Complete Package Includes: - 45-60 minute initial consult via Zoom, FaceTime, or telephone - Formula / Feeding Recommendations for you and your little one, based on each specific case (includes 2-4 formula options with reasonings and explanations of formulas). These are emailed directly to you within 5 days of our initial consult. - 2 Follow Ups: -1st Follow Up = 15 minute call as described above or via email, ~2 weeks after receiving formula recommendations. (This allows for some time to shift) -2nd Follow Up = via email, ~4 weeks after receiving formula recommendations. You may add additional follow ups via email, $20/follow up

Introducing Common Food Allergens 1:1 Complete Package: Complete Package Includes: - (3) 45-60 minute initial consult via Zoom with a game plan to introduce 2-3 allergens: 1 call per month. -Written info and resources such as a Shopping List and Checklists to help you along the way -Access to our "Fearless Food Allergen All-Stars" Facebook Group - you will have lifetime access to this group as long as you desire. This group will be a great place of support for each other and a space where all can share their journey, fun ideas and recipes, etc. FB Chat Hours available to answer your questions! -Monthly Reflection Survey -Access to the Pre-Recorded "Introducing Common Food Allergens" Masterclass (60 minute Masterclass) -Our surprise "Fearlessly Introduce Food Allergens" Welcome Package! This will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of course purchase.

Introducing Common Food Allergens 1:1 Condensed/Small Package Condensed/Small Package Includes: - (2) 45-60 minute initial consult via Zoom with a game plan to introduce 4-5 allergens (calls will be ~2 months apart) - Follow Ups via email with plans and ideas of how to implement the next allergens x8 weeks - Written Information such as a Shopping List and Checking List to help you along the way! - Email availability to address concerns between check in's (*please allow up to 48 hours for email response* **limit = 3 emails in this package). - Our surprise "Fearlessly Introduce Food Allergens" Welcome Package! This will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of course purchase. - Overall support in feeding, meal planning, and introducing allergens!
